Dis-ease in the body does not begin with pathology but begins in a pattern of stress within the body. The stress in the body causes imbalances in energy. When the body is stressed and an energetic imbalance occurs, minerals become imbalanced and thus bringing on symptoms. Utilizing the Root Cause Protocol, nutrition, emotional/stress and body work to find your imbalances; the full health assessment includes a review of your full health history, stress discussion, HTMA and functional blood labs (paid separately). The labs and HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) help to see where you are losing minerals and how your stress is affecting your symptoms. This is where we will dive deep to look into the root causes of your symptoms. We will discuss the foundations of health and strengthen your foundations so that you can achieve your wellness goals. We will come up with a plan that will be a step by step plan implemented one small step at a time in order to help restore your true health. Includes 60-90 minute phone consult to review lab results and first steps.

Follow up appointments for this package should be scheduled every 4-6 weeks and I will be touching base with you weekly to monitor your progress, possibly adding in more baby steps to your health portal. Everything will be made accessible in your health portal and you will have access to chat with me through the portal or email in between our calls.
